Welcome to Ember & Link! A fire-powered kitchen residency at Homerton’s beloved Adam & Eve. This is East London’s new home for unapologetic meat worship, brought to you by BBQ icons Bodean’s and Richard Turner, the award-winning chef behind Hawksmoor, Pitt Cue, and Turner & George.
Turner might not be from round here, but he knows how to bring the heat. Expect flame-licked burgers, dirty ribs, juicy links, and sides that go hard. And Sundays? That’s when he rolls out his legendary roasts – crispy, golden, stacked, and absolutely worth skipping brunch for.
Not into meat? We’ve got love for the plant-powered crowd too, with veg-led plates that still bring the fire.
